SERVICIOS REALIZADOS BAJO ACREDITACIÓN

BUREAU VERITAS ofrece servicios para el sector ferroviario de acuerdo a las acreditaciones para todos los tipos de sistemas ferroviarios y en cualquier localización del mundo. A través de los Centros Técnicos, desarrolla los siguientes servicios bajo acreditación para el sector ferroviario:

  • Evaluación de Conformidad y Verificación CE como Organismo Notificado (NoBo).
  • Evaluación de Conformidad de acuerdo a Normativa Nacional Notificada (DeBo).
  • Evaluación Independiente de Seguridad de acuerdo a las normas CENELEC.
  • Evaluación y Valoración del Riesgo de acuerdo al Reglamento de Ejecución (UE) 402/2013 y su modificado 2015/1136.

En el caso en que se apliquen los procesos de certificación de producto o de sistemas de gestión basados en los referenciales EN17065 o EN 17021, se tendrá en cuenta lo siguiente: BUREAU VERITAS INSPECCIÓN Y TESTING reconoce la importancia de la imparcialidad en la realización de las actividades de certificación de productos y sistemas de gestión, gestionando los conflictos de intereses y asegurando la objetividad de dichas actuaciones. Asímismo, se facilitará a quien lo solicite:

  • Una lista de certificaciones otorgadas, suspendidas o retiradas.
  • Datos sobre la autoridad que autoriza a BUREAU VERITAS INSPECCIÓN Y TESTING.
  • Una descripción documentada de nuestro sistema y de los procesos de evaluación y certificación.
  • Información sobre los procesos de evaluación y de certificación relativos a cada sistema de certificación de producto.
  • Una descripción de los medios por los cuales BUREAU VERITAS INSPECCIÓN Y TESTING obtiene apoyo financiero e información general sobre las tarifas aplicables.
  • Una descripción de los derechos y obligaciones de los suministradores solicitantes de productos certificados.
  • Información sobre los procedimientos para el tratamiento de reclamaciones, recurso y litigios.
  • Un directorio de productos certificados y sus suministradores.
