VALENCIAN COMMUNITY ADMINISTRATIVE CERTIFICATION BODY

Public Shows and Recreational Activities in the Valencian Community

As an urgent measure to support business initiative and entrepreneurs, micro and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Valencian Community, to speed up the opening period of commercial establishments and public establishments, a system was established by which the Bodies Administrative Certification “OCA” can issue certificates for opening, avoiding the granting of municipal opening license.

NUESTRO SERVICIO

Le ayudamos con la tramitación de las licencias de apertura de establecimientos, actividades o espectáculos.

Bureau Veritas es un Organismo habilitado con número de inscripción 2015/00003 para emitir certificación de los establecimientos, actividades o espectáculos contenidos en el ANEXO de la Ley 14/2010, de 3 de diciembre, de la Generalitat:

  • Espectáculos públicos (cines, salas multifuncionales, cafés con cantante, etc.).
  • Actividades recreativas (museos, salas de conferencias, gimnasios, pubs, bares, etc.).

CERTIFICACIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA

  • Revisión de la documentación y visita a la instalación por parte de los técnicos.
  • Emisión del certificado.
  • APERTURA INMEDIATA de la actividad presentando en la administración local nuestro certificado OCA junto a:
    • Declaración responsable del “emprendedor”
    • Certificados finales de las obras e instalaciones ejecutadas y resto de documentación (tasas, seguros, etc.)
