DELEGATED CERTIFICATION OF DATA PROTECTION DPD / DPO

Bureau Veritas is an Accredited Entity (27 / C-PE038) by ENAC (National Accreditation Entity), to act as a Personnel Certification Entity according to the Certification Scheme of Data Protection Delegates of the Spanish Agency for Data Protection by the Spanish Agency for Data Protection (AEPD-DPD Scheme).

DELEGADO DE PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS

  • Persona que desarrolla actividades de asesoramiento, supervisión y coordinación para asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa de protección de datos.
  • Sus funciones están detalladas en el Artículo 39 del Reglamento 2016/679, y en el apartado 6.2 del Esquema de Certificación AEPD-DPD.
  • Debe reunir conocimientos especializados en el Derecho y la práctica en materia de protección de datos.
